is the founder and president of Definity Marketing. An Asian food industry veteran, she is a marketing consultant and strategic planner responsible for new product development for existing food manufacturing clients, planning culinary projects, fundraising galas, trips, festivals, trade events, cooking demos and high profile productions.

Co-author of New Asian Cuisine (IFWTWA, 2006) a compilation of recipes from over 100 celebrity chefs based on the New Food Pyramid, Wendy is passionate about food, cooking, gardening vegetables and travel. She is a tireless promoter of all Asian food in America, professionally and personally. She is eager to educate home cooks, aspiring chefs and culinary professionals interested to learn more about Asian food and culture. Wendy also advocates sustainability, organic farming, eating local, and the importance in becoming food-savvy.

Committed to contributing to the community and mentoring young professionals, Wendy has been actively involved with numerous organizations, including serving on the diversity council of the National Association of Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) and currently serves on the Certification Commission of the American Culinary Federation (ACF). She was instrumental in launching All Asia Food Expo, the first Asian food trade expo in North America for Diversified Communications. Wendy is a frequent speaker in conferences and seminars. She now lives with her family in Queens, New York.

VERONICA CHAN is the Director of Content at, a food and drink recipe recommendation app that curates exclusively from bloggers.  Prior to Gojee, Veronica worked together with Wendy to produce Asian Feastival and most recently she crowdfunded and produced Woks & Lox the first Jewish and Asian Christmas.

Veronica also co-founded Hail the Right Brain, a wallet company with her sister Kelly in high school, and is actively involved in the food and tech community in NYC.


Asian Feastival continues to strive at promoting the diverse foods and cuisines from Asia through experience and education. Currently, plans are under way for a more involved campaign and events in 2012.
